To achieve the aims of HiCONNECTS, we invite you to take part in this survey on the beyond-state-of-the-art standard requirement for heterogeneous integration and smart manufacturing between metrology tools and semiconductor industries.
Based on the inputs and consensus of the semiconductor partners, recommendations on standards will be proposed to meet the challenging demands of BSOTA requirement for heterogenous integration and smart manufacturing.
