Last week, the APC|M Conference in Prague brought together experts and innovators in advanced process control, digital twins, and cybersecurity standards—and HiCONNECTS was proudly represented.
Daniele Pagano from STMicroelectronics Italy shared exciting updates from the project, highlighting developments in lots dispatching, particularly in cleaning and diffusion areas. This work continues to push boundaries in semiconductor manufacturing innovation.
A big thank you to Professor Antonio Costa from Università di Catania for his impactful presentation, and to Wes Smith of Galaxy Semiconductor for a compelling talk on machine learning approaches and ongoing collaboration. Daniele also presented two posters on behalf of Giuseppe Fazio and Pietro Petruzza, showcasing new advancements in IoT and process control – further evidence of the thriving research and teamwork within the HiCONNECTS ecosystem.
Beyond the main conference, Daniele had the chance to attend the PDF Solutions & Cimetrix Incorporated user meeting, where discussions around new solutions, demos, and potential collaborations continued the momentum.
