HiCONNECTS represented at APMC Conference

We were delighted to see that many of our consortium members presented their research at the APMC Conference in Hamburg last week, organized by Silicon Saxony.

HiCONNECTS was represented by Daniele Pagano, giuseppe fazio, Ilenia Giardina, Natasha di Stefano, Marco Stefano Scroppo, Antonio Stivala, Gabriele Tochino, Pietro Petruzza, Paolo Giugni and Marco Cartotti from STMicroelectronics, Roberto Corsini, Massimo Orazio S. from the Università di Catania as well as Dmitri Formin from Siemens EDA (Siemens Digital Industries Software).

The presentations ranged on topics from:

•AI-Enhanced Digital Twin Architecture and local dispatching methods for yield improvement in a microelectronics facility;
•Equipment Performance Optimization for Yield improvement;
•Process and Equipment Performance Optimization;
•Smart Device on Facilities to prevent unscheduled facilities interruption.
